State of the art
The German Government wants to reduce the CO2 emission about 21% (reference 1990) up to 2020. Until 2020 the reduction goals are minus 40%. In order to reach this goal the German Government supports among other things the use of renewable energy in several ways by regulations with subsidies and with financial mechanism.
