The legal, financial and administrative framework for PV development on public building is a very important issue to consider when a city wants to develop this energy in her urban environment.
The CNFPT (Centre National de la Fonction Publique Territoriale) organises a seminar named "Opérations photovoltaïques sur les bâtiments publics : Quels montages privilégier ?" the 6th of May at Vaux En Velin. This seminar will treat all non-technical issues related to the development of PV (specially BIPV) on public buildings.
